  Surprisingly the food was good but dining experience was diminished by poor communication between kitchen and server and a less than attentive staff. Cleanliness in general was sub par. Appetizers were delivered 20-30 seconds AFTER main course. We turned them back and initial response was surprise. Using runners to deliver food orders that they did not take themselves requires management having put in place well defined processes to coordinate communication between kitchen and all servers. This and general cleanliness seems not to be the focus of management at this TGIF. Also one in our party of 4 was served wine in a water stained glass that should never have been brought to the table. We were comp'd a couple of deserts and that shows some effort but the whole experience was average at best, not because of any problem with the food but rather with deficiencies in the basic operation if a customer oriented eating establishment.
