  Saved a TON! Ordered well ahead of time to make sure they could get a hold of my vet who's super hard to work with. Got updates via email. They only ship Mon-Fri so ordered on Sunday to help expedite things. Next time I'll be mailing my script in so I don't have to deal with the vet.

  I ordered a standard flea and tick topical med for my new kitty and two days later received this message:
  
  "Thank you for your order. We are encountering a delay in processing your order due to a temporary and unexpected backorder on an item in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  
  Thank you for your patience in this matter.
  
  Sincerely,
  Customer Care Center"
  
  There was nothing else - no info about how soon I'd receive the order or info on how to contact them to check the status. This was my first order from a mail order coupon but suddenly I worried that it was a scam. I called them to cancel the order. It is obviously a small place. The customer service guy was nice enough but he just said "ok your order is cancelled". No info on when I'd get a refund or any confirmation #. When I asked how soon I'd get a refund he said 3-5 days.
  
  So here I am 4 days later with no cat flea/tick preventative and no $100 refund yet. I put in a dispute with Paypal just in case. This company has poor service at a minimum, and if they are unexpectedly back-ordered on a standard item like Revolution for cats, I'd just as soon pay $3 more and get it from one of the big online pet companies who fulfill their orders and have systems in place to communicate with their customers.
