  My son is the actual person who had gotten braces from DR S. Chong; son of the late DR L. Chong, who we also had the pleasure of meeting, but I would highly recommend DR S. Chong. My son had a severe under bite that was completely corrected.
  Pros: DR S. Chong is personable, friendly, and shows he likes the kids; the staff is also very helpful and understanding; procedure of getting the braces is explained in depth and not hurried; they give out after-care items needed to care for the braces freely, and if there is a issue with the braces, they quickly set time for your child to get seen. Although it is costly, they allow a payment plan that works for you. They also have free parking in the back. Office is very clean, always. Easy to find corner location.
  Cons: Not entirely their fault because insurance is a problem that plagues our nation, the co-payment is quite high; they have short hours, and limited schedule availability; braces are a long process, so your child will have to return for many visits for 2 to 3 years; and you might have to listen to your child complain initially until they become accustomed to it.
  My son is so happy now that his teeth are straight. On to my other children.
