  Ahmad at the Union City, California location in the computer department was swift to greet me, succinct and clear in his recommendation of the computer I ended up purchasing. He indulged my request to check any open box availability of the mode I was looking at without judgement.
  
  He went above and beyond in looking up my finace's Best Buy credit information (the card was left at home) to make sure we could use financing.
  
  This experience was above and beyond in all aspects. Considering I was at a different Best Buy location this morning (had a terrible experience), Ahmad restored my faith in Best Buy.
  
  If I could thank him for making this crazy day easier a thousand times I would - the typical laptop breaks when you need it most story.
  
  Thank you Ahmad for making this manic Monday a bit more manageable.
